I received an article titled. Tale of business sin.
"Centrepay, AGL power company admonished it was illegally taking social welfare payments from its previous customers but failed to act, the court hears."
This Story of business sin against 1000's of socially at risk Australians using government legislationwas committed over many months and years and have been used by more than a few untrustworthy businesses to assault neighbours, friends and family vulnerable in our society for no apparent reason other than plane corporate greed.
The worst of these untrustworthy businesses is power triad type companies AGL in one period illegally collected over $700,000 from former unsuspecting residential customers and was given notice with daily transaction listings created by the Aust. Govt. via CentrePay, but failed to instigate processes to stop the wrongful deductions according to the documents filed at court. At risk (incl. members of the elderly community) Australians who WERE NOT clients and were criminally charged by this energy crime syndicate type companies AGL.

My friends Harold and Ethel had retired to the North coast where they had many happy memories and became part of a amazing community. They are a industrious couple who decided to take responsibility for their future income by putting their savings into investing in a property.
Lack of Proper Government Legislation to protect the Real Estate Rental Market in Australia.

His cavalier obtuse manner, attitudes and statements with regard to a property that my friends had cared for, about and spent many weeks and months preparing for the Rental market was now laid a wreck, carpets that and reeked of dog urine required removal and disposal. Sealing the floor boards relaying new carpet along with thousands of dollars of repair. I can still remember my friends face going white while recalling E Hood as a person who was completely out of his depth.
Despite the opinions and evidence of professional cleaners, decorators and other property professionals, he {simply denied the issues and claimed this is how the property was when originally rented to the tenants despite the actual evidence to the contrary|claimed the property did not smell and that the house was ready for rental. Me E Hood had failed to carry out basic and proper Tenant evaluations, ingoing property reports, ongoing property reports and outgoing reports. I came to realise E Hood and L.J Hookers instead of helping to rectify the issues and entering into a proper conciliation process L.J Hookers engaged high end lawyers to intimidate, mislead and and defend the corporations image...
Lessons Learned.
This decline of corporate responsibility and moral backbone sends a stunning chill throughout the societal structures that bind a healthy functioning culture together... without basic protections of governance and a strong judiciary we are open to the very worst of rampant capitalist greed. What can we do to help support our society and culture in a world where all around us our parliamentary officials, councils and business leaders are losing themselves in moral decay...
